We have bought 2 new vehicles from them. The purchase process goes about average for a dealership. However, the service department and any other dealings are much below average....downright incompetent, inept and rude about it all! Time after time they failed to perform. We moved our business to Vance. Its a much farther drive for us but so far so good there.
Very nice people to deal with.

Do not buy a used vehicle from this dealership. Once you drive that lemon off the lot, you can’t get anyone on the phone. After we purchased our truck, they kept it for over a week supposedly to give it a full tuneup since we somehow got railroaded into a warranty. We had it less than three weeks when it threw a code and we had to take it to a mechanic. We replaced the spark plugs and a coil pack right off the bat. Beware of weak cylinder walls in 2017 Edge and Escape requiring new motor...My daughter recently had the check engine light come on in her 2017 Escape that had 58000 miles. She took her vehicle her to be checked out. We have every warranty there is. Service and extended. I told them that we had a warranty and they could not find it. watched an empolyee of managment named richard yelling and cussing out his tech member at the on que on memorial and western. could not belive what i was hearing coming from his mouth very unprofessional will not be using them .
Service department is rude and inept. Most recent bad experience here: Had my car in on the 7th, received a text later that day from a service advisor that they would contact me with service estimate, a week later I called to follow up, different service advisor gave me a price on the repair and would call me back to schedule, a week later I had to call again where I was placed on hold multiple times then the guy argued with me that no repair order had been opened and they now had no record I had even been in, then when I ex... read more

Salesman, General Sales Manager were awesome. Very personable and friendly staff going the extra mile to make your visit an enjoyable experience.
