My salesman’s name was Lucas, I bought a 2003 Ford Excursion with a 6.0 powerstroke. I was told by Lucas that this vehicle had been used for delivery by the previous owner and that’s why the rear seat was missing. That was not the case. RecommendedTheir selection is large and if they don’t have it on site they will find what you want. Salesman was knowledgeable and business manager was super friendly and helpful. The finance guy didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need or want. I’ve bought many brand new vehicles over the years and this was by far my best experience.
We had a great pre-owned vehicle buying experience! The SUV was immaculate, great condition, & new tires. We worked with Katera. He was respectful and very helpful, not pushy in the slightest. Best dealership buying experience in a long time!

We found a car on the Internet. We called ahead and they had the vehicle ready for us to look at. We liked it and decided to buy it. It took awhile in the finance department. Overall we are very satisfied customers

We bought a new car 2 weeks ago on a Saturday. They said they couldn’t honor the price I had been guaranteed through email, so I was told they would tint the windows for me. Was promised it would be picked up to be tinted on the following Monday. It wasn’t. Was told on Monday that it would be picked up on Tuesday. Never heard anything. I don’t recommend them at all they sell junk my 2019 f150 I got from them new Has been in the shop multiple times with a new motor and now it caught on fire this morning

Chris the salesman who we bought our expedition from completely made this not a good experience. From telling us the deal was done and we drove 9 hours to get the vehicle and once getting there it was not completely done and they were scrambling... the deal almost did not happen. It was so unprofessional as he also stayed on his phone a lot via texting while with us. None the less when the deal wasn’t working out he was unprofessional and wouldn’t speak to us.
