Purchased a used car at a good price but when I did paperwork to finalize the purchase the finance manager was VERY pushy on buying an extended warranty. I know they want to make extra money but when I declined he suggested I was uninformed and basically stupid. There are other ways to purchase an extended warranty other than adding an additional $8000 to a car purchase. I repeatedly declined and he was dismissive, suggesting a person who did my type of job should know better and be informed of why I should buy it from him. ... read more

The salesman Stephen Allen, Manager Jason Enlie, and finance Curtis Bittle are people that you can’t trust. We work a deal that we agree on while shaking hands, but they made a fool of me during the paper work. They tell you what you want to hear but they do the opposite on the paper work. They do not go through the deal clearly. Do not buy anything from joe cooper ford Edmond ! Please share!
they do not honor what is in writing. we completed a "we owe" form that specifically stated we wanted weathertech floor mats. when i was called a week later to come get them i put the box in the car and left. when i got home i noticed they gave me ford mats. they also refused to honor what they agreed to in writing. i wrote a letter to Mr. Cooper, but never got a response . its been 4 months now so not likely they will. ive bought cars from cooper for 20 years, never again. They saved $50 and lost a customer for life.
We bought a car from them this week and it was the easiest experience ever. Tre was awesome and answered all of our questions. We didn’t feel pressured once and the dealership was very upfront about pricing and added costs to get what we wanted. I will absolutely go back to them and recommend them to anyone! Customer for life!
