Nice cars and good people work there
My son went to Joe Cooper Ford of Edmond trying to get the stitching repaired on the third row seats of his Explorer. They said they would not consider it as warrantied and refused to fix it even though the car was still under warranty. I don't think he was treated very fairly in this situation. We would like this resolved.
Those people bend over backwards to help in every way to get you into a vehicle and after the sale too
Very friendly and answered all of my questions
From the moment you walk in, it's a relaxed atmosphere filled will smiling faces & friendly chatter. The staff was personable, listening to our wants/needs, trying to get to know us, why we were there, and engaging beyond just car stuff. We felt valued, they expressed a genuine interest in our lives and spending extra time making sure we were informed every step of the way. It was so much more than them just trying to sell a car

This dealership took my husband’s money via wire transfer to purchase a truck and then sold it to someone else for more money. Then told him they could not wire money back and will have to mail a check (which will take days to clear). Terrible dishonest service.
