I enjoyed my car buying experience here. I worked with Parker and he was great. I ended up having an issue with the battery in the F-150 I bought. Parker and his manager, Mike, worked with me to get the issue resolved. Great customer service guys!

While detailing my wife’s new Explorer, they scratched the front end and grill and won’t take responsibility for it. Blake, the sales manager is an arrogant prick and basically tells me I have to prove that they did it. If you want really bad service and a company that won’t stand up and take responsibility for something they did wrong, then this is the place for you. Morally corrupt company.
We visited there today after the nicest salesman followed up with us. From the first time I reached out, it was nothing less than excellent customer service. Curtis was so helpful and we were in and out in half the time it usually takes. We had a handicap person who doesn’t deal well in crowds, and could barely walk and he helped accommodate us as needed. I went to this dealership and was helped rightaway. They had what I was looking for and gave me a great deal on the the truck and my trade in. I was in a hurry and they were fast and efficient . These guys did a awesome job.

I’m not even sure how these guys stay in business. The service department has lied to us more time than a politician during campaign season. If they weren’t working on factory recalls for the wife’s Explorer they would never see our faces again. We are actually currently in the market for a new SUV, but it won’t be from these guys.

Why can no one make car buying easy?! Was given three different prices, told them I would give them cash for the first listed price on autotrader and was told my cash was no good?. NEVER will I ever do business with them.

Bought our Ford Explorer 5 months ago had a cosmetic issue come up and they were easy to work with. They (Mike) took care of us very well. I highly recommend them for fabulous customer service. Thank you!
