Great customer service. Went and pick up the truck I wanted had it waiting for me. No question asked. No gimmicks. Andy Mills was great went out of his way to get us taken care of.
We were in contact with salesman Carlos Lopez for about a month and a half. Even though we were also working with another dealer as well, Carlos fought for our business with class and professionalism. We gave him specifics of what we wanted and right as the explorer we wanted came in he immediately contacted us and got us in the car the same day. I’m grateful for the vehicle we got from Joe Cooper ford!
