A big shout out to Bumper and Kelly who work in the service department..... these ladies go above and beyond what is expected of them every time I come in. You are very lucky to gave such incredible ladies working for you and make dealing with your garage comforting and painless as you know you will be well taken care of :)

After losing my vehicle to Hurricane Harvey I was devastated and the thought of having to shop/purchase a new vehicle was overwhelming. I searched for six weeks locally to no avail. I finally found the exact vehicle I was wanting at an amazing price, except it was 400 miles away which I was hesitant. I sent an inquiry online and was contacted immediately by Hassan, who was a pleasure to deal with and made everything so simple. By far the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. Looks like a dishonest place to me. Faked a review from Google. Nothing Joe Cooper does is honest. They don't live up to warranties, answer or return calls. Once they have your money they are done.
