Joe Cooper Ford charged me $5000 for an extended warranty, a cost that is in violation of consumer protection laws. Don’t go to Joe Cooper unless you want to get shafted by big business.

Carlos made the sales experience very easy, everything since then has been a huge hassle. I had to follow up repeatedly about the title so I could get my tags, and was told every time everything was good it’s in the mail. The day before my tags were due, still no title and when I called I was told it was never mailed. Now I’m having an issue with a reimbursement check because the dealership couldn’t fix a problem with my new truck and had to send it out to another dealership, but they failed to communicate with the other dea... read more

The whole experience was great from the moment I stepped on the lot. I was helped by Ashley and I was up front and told him what I was looking for and he showed me an option to get a new truck for the same price I was wanting to spend on a used vehicle. I kept waiting for them to try and pull one over on me but they continue to live up to their word. Would definitely recommend Joe Cooper and Ashley Adcock.

We bought a 2018 Escape from these folks on March 17th. Was promised a $1950 rebate check in “2-4 weeks max” to help cover the first 3 payments. It’s now May 4th and we still have not received our rebate check and was told that it would be here today via FedEx but after checking with FedEx and UPS they do not have a package coming to me. Have left repeated messages with no calls back. Terry Hopkins is the person that lied to me yesterday to get me to quit calling him back and surprisingly he is off today.
