I bought a 2015 Ford Taurus here. Although the salesman (Curtis) was not forthright in the financial information given to me. He was also, downright rude at one point. However, the finance gentleman (Terry) was WONDERFUL!! He made sure that things were taken care of before I left.

I bought an amazing Ford Escape and had the best experience with the sales team, it was so great in fact that my dad bought a truck the very next week! However, there was some discrepancy with my title and the delivery and I was charged nearly $100 in fees from the tag agency and was promised a referral check at the time of my vehicle purchase. I recently purchased a Ford F-150 from Joe Cooper Ford. The vehicle is a good truck but the costumer service was not good at all. They made it seem like they made the sale and just wanted to get us out. They sent us on our way with an empty tank of gas and refused to give me a second key. Also, on the drive home my oil change light came on. They dealership didn’t even get the vehicle sale ready. Overall I am pleased with the truck but not the way we were treated.

Our sales experience was frustrating (typical car buying drama), but the real headache has been afterward. The dealership couldn’t find the second key for our pickup when we bought it and promised to mail it to us. Weeks passed with us calling regularly, and still no key. Finally they wanted us to drive 90 miles to get a new one made. I asked to have the new key made in the town we live in instead, and they agreed. Bumper Haddock, Service Representative, is one of the biggest reasons I have my car serviced at Joe Cooper of Edmond. She is knowledgeable, great customer service skills, and great work ethic!!!

Do yourself a favor and don’t ever go to this dealership. Give your money to a company who actually provides customer services. Sold me a car with a tire that should have never been on the car in the first place. When asked to check it out they said there was no problem, 6 months later the tire failed and the repair shop I went to said that the tire should have never been on the car in the first place.
