Customer service is horrible. They really don’t want to be bothered by you after the sale. I can’t get anyone to return a phone call. I will never buy another car from them.
Our salesman, Chris Ames, was great! He simply let us look at/ test drive whatever we wanted without pressuring us. It was the least stressful car buying experience I’ve ever had.
The all the staff were so helpful
They will sell you vehicles with FAULTY lug nuts that will strand you in the side of the road along with a “bumper to bumper” warranty that does not cover them either. I now have a brand new (38,000 miles) truck that you can’t change the tire on and is in their shop trying to get the lugs off on my dime, not theirs.
Ronnie did an amazing job with our purchase, very nice and straight forward with process. The workers are very respectful, would definitely shop here again.
