Beware they do not follow through like they verbally say. They take a good gam but in the end customer service is not there after they take your money.
Very unsatisfied with this dealership. I was lied to multiple times with very unprofessional service and still have issues that keep arising. I do not recommend anyone take there business and hard earned money to this place!

Chris Ames was kind, respectable, and knowledgeable salesman. I’d recommend him and Joe Cooper Ford to family and friends. Chris drove the new vehicle to my house to make sure it would fit in our garage. That was awesome and very much appreciated. It was a very nice experience. Thank you.

Joe Cooper Ford has hidden documents which proved that they have not performed the agreed upon services negotiated into the Sales Agreement for my vehicle. Mr. Sills’s dishonest representation of issues Joe Cooper was to perform, is well documented for all to see. I would not recommend Joe Cooper dealerships to anyone, since Mr. Sills is the gatekeeper.
