Bought a new Expedition for my wife a week ago from Kelly Lee and he is still taking care of us. He has been 100% involved to ensure our satisfaction even after the purchase from accommodating travel while they had the vehicle for window tinting and cleaning up a few spots we noticed, calling just to see if we are satisfied and he assisted me with some decal changes on my F250. Great job Kelly! Lee Deane at the Lincoln dealership next door got us in touch with Kelly and was also super helpful. We will be back.
When I showed interest in purchasing a car, I was called and emailed daily. Now that I’ve purchased a vehicle I cannot get anyone to return calls, emails, texts or online messaging about 4 different issues now. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication.
We bought our 2015 Ford Explorer that had 42,000 miles on it on August 30,2018. We had it for 30 days & the fuel pump went out on it, it was in the shop before we made our first payment & they gave us the run around expecting us to pay to fix it. Here it is March 20th & it’s back in the shop with 55,000 miles on it due to unknown causes at the time.
I really didn’t think that I was going to be put in a car first of all I was told that they weren’t going to give me but 1500 dollars on my car I said no deal as I was walking out the door Jason the manager took my number and said he would get back to me n a couple of hours he did as he promise to put me in a car and I’m so appreciative of what he did
Shane was amazing! Very patient! I had spent all week at dealerships all over Edmond/OKC, and Joe Cooper Ford and Shane we're by far the best experience yet! I was able to leave with a WONDERFUL FORD FIESTA!!! Thank you so much to everyone that helped make my car buying experience pleasant!!! I give 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
