The service department doesn't return phone calls. They kept my truck for 2 weeks, told me they couldnt figure out what was wrong with it and to bring it back if it gets worse.
Stopped by Saturday to look at an F-150. Was completely ignore by multiple sales staff. No one asked if I needed help or offered to show me vehicles. I guess they didn’t want my $50,000. I’ll go somewhere else next time.

I will never do new business with this dealership again. I have had multiple subpar experiences with warranty services on a vehicle and with sales on a used vehicle purchased 2 weeks ago.

Gabe and the guys in service took GREAT care of me. I was passing through town and my truck threw a error code. Service got me in, diagnosed the error, figured a plan to fix it, and got my family and me back on the road. Much appreciated!

If you want a dealership with poor communication, go here. We called the manager an hour ahead of time (after a week of going back and forth with paperwork due to phone calls not being returned) to let him know we were on our way to finalize the sale. He confirmed and when we finally got the paperwork done, we were abandoned and the truck had not been cleaned or serviced for us to pick it up. When we finally did get the truck, the detail was half-assed at best. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Guys, I cannot even begin to express how amazing Joe Cooper Ford is. We came up on a whim one day so my husband could look at a new pickup. Jacob Jordan found the exact pickup my husband was looking for so we came back today and sat with him to talk about it. He gave us a great deal on the truck and took care of us the entire time. Jacob is beyond stellar and I could not recommend him OR Joe Cooper more!
