Purchasing the car was great. Love the vehicle. Took 2 months to get my title and then it wasn't signed over to me. Have had to come here 3 times to get the financing and title situation taken care of. Made an appointment for oil change and wipers and they have reminded me 5 times about my appointment time and when I arrive, I'm not in the books and tell me it will be 3.5 hours. No offer of a courtesy car and I took the day off work to get the oil changed, but not to sit in their waiting room 3 hours! disappointed �

When we bought our 2014 Explorer for an 2n extra car we did not get all the Bells and Whistles on it. Our fault. But I am always worried I am going to lock my keys in the car. So I bought a Keyless Entry Keypad that you can stick on the door to have a back up way to get into the car. This keypad had no instructions on how to program it to the car. It cost $85 and they want me to make an appointment for them to program it and charge for that. We know that is not cheap. They should had been up front with me when I ask if it wa... read more

There is always an option to set the keypad up on your own, but we do understand that it can be confusing or difficult that is why we offer the option to use our techs. Unfortunately all setups do require an appointment to be made. Sorry for any inconvenience. I never want to buy a car from another auto group! I first bought my Mazda CX-5 from Reynolds in Norman and we just purchased a beautiful 2016 Ford Explorer from Reynolds in Edmond. We had a fantastic buying experience - no pushy salesmen, very fair trade-in value, and great communication from our salesman, Matt Jones, throughout the whole process. These guys worked hard to find the car we wanted and got it for us. Thank you Reynolds!

The service at Reynolds Ford of Edmond is for the dogs. Not only do they edit their posts to only positive comments (buyer beware), they do not stand by their word or products that they sell. I now give them a 1 out of 5 for customer service. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR THERE EVER AGAIN. Go somewhere else. #goingtodriveachevy
