I had an appointment today for routine service and for my semi annual paint/fabric protection application. I received the absolute best service today from Trent! He was very caring and updated me with every stage of the process. My car looks, feels, and smells amazing! Thank you Ford for always taking such great care of me and my car!
Great customer service in the service department. While waiting on my car during my lunch hour they have their courtesy driver take me to get a sandwich for lunch! Thanks Bob and Lisa!

I would not recommend this place. I put brand new rims and tires on my car, took it in for warrenty work and got my car back with a huge gash in my tire and my wheel dinged up pretty bad. While I was in talking about it, one of the mechanics said, "it looks like they picked it in the lift but don't tell them I said tha". I tried to talk to the service agent and he won't call me back. My car was in the shop because it was getting a new seat cover put on it and they put it on crooked. A few days later the plastic piece broke t... read more
