It's been a pleasure dealing with Lincoln Heritage, when my wife passed it took no time filing the claim and they promptly paid the funeral home on my behalf. Stalks older people stating they contacted them via email for appointments. Not true. Aggressive and rude when I turned them away. Glad I was there visiting

****** has come to my home three times, uninvited, claiming I had contacted his company for insurance info. NOT TRUE! His phone number is available if needed. Each time I have texted him to STOP violating my privacy banging on my doors. His harassment needs to stop or I will contact the ****** Police.

Lincoln Heritage made the funeral process for my mothers funeral very easy and in complicated. Which in a time of distress was highly appreciated and welcomed. My brother took this policy out on himself a few years ago. He passed away on December 2, 2023. Once I got the death certificate and emailed it to Lincoln, I received a check with interest in less than a week. I was surprised and pleased that Lincoln responded so promptly. Two of my other brothers had a policy with a different company on my brother and they are still waiting to get things straightened out. Thanks Lincoln, I'm sure my brother would be pleased with your service if he was still with us.
