A few months ago, after filling out a card received in the mail promising a $20 ******* gift card, an agent showed up at my home unannounced and did a presentation. I did not sign up though I am a senior citizen but came to the conclusion that for most people it is cheaper to pay for final expenses up front or from their estate. Now I cannot reach anyone in upper management by telephone or email. They never sent the promised $20 gift card! Lincoln Heritage made a most difficult time for my family a vey easy experience. We've had our plan for many years and it covered the cost of everything my husband wanted. The funeral Home contacted them and they were paid and a check for what was left came to me quickly .I can rest assured when I pass our children will have the same experience as we did now. . I had a representative come out to my home last month cause that was the only company who would approve me for life insurance being disabled due to a stroke.
