By far the best company Ive ever worked with. Every department I call is so friendly, energetic and very engaging in any concerns that we may have. As a policy holder my self, I find that the funeral advantage and what they do for families on possibly the worst day of someones life, a god send. Ive never heard of another company that will actually be there for families to help guide them through the process of a loved one passing away. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received from an insurance company. I love how they send the agent to me to personalize everything. My wife and I couldn't be happier

I arrived home to be accosted by a representative ******. He gave me no time to exit my vehicle before bombarding me with questions. I asked him to leave info that I could review later because I didnt have time. He stated that he would not fit in the mailbox. He was very rude and pushy trying to force me to meet with him. He said that it would only take a few minutes. I asked him to call me to set up a meeting and he said that he was here now and could wait for me to give him a date. They had the nerve to come at me out of the blue saying I missed a payment. First in march then changed it to back in 2010. Firstly, I would have never let a miss payment go on for years. Secondly, the payment come out automatically. Thirdly, I miss this month because I made changes and now I'm glad I did. The agent said why cancel your policy after tens years for a miss payment. Well, you can come with the same c*** 10 years from now saying the same thing. This company is not reliable. Do not do it!

Best Company ever. They do what they say they are going to do and they answer the phone! They care about the consumer. When my love one passed away, I submitted the death cert and the check was mailed to me the next day. This company cares and the process was smooth.

After faithfully paying for a $15,000 life insurance policy since 2016, a Lincoln Heritage representative called me this year (2024) to "update" my policy. The representative asked me several questions & then informed me that because of an answer I gave regarding my health, they could no longer continue to offer me the $15,000 policy! I would have to get a $6,000 & a $4,000 policy, so l reluctantly agreed to those terms & got those. Unfortunately, Im writing this because my bank account was debited an unauthorized amount on Aug 2nd 2024, which put me in negative status and with me receiving 2 overdraft fees because the money that wasnt authorized was money for another bill. *** faxed my bank statement and still havent heard anything and my bank account is still negative. I cant seem to contact anyone except customer service which keeps telling me its being reviewed. This is exactly why Ill be making an official complaint with BBB and Ill be terminating ... read more

I knew when I got my policy that it was the cheapest its ever going to be so I got the maximum coverage amounts I could afford. Sometimes I stress about paying my premium as my job doesnt have predictable pay.
