Very kind and considerate during our time of loss. My mother's policy was still in the contestable period when she passed. The representative I spoke to explained the review process and the length of time it would take on average to review all documentation once received. My father was very worried about how he would pay for my mom's funeral if the claim was not paid. I have been paying for,,3 years and I decided to cancel policy I was told I will get,254.00 back out of my **** dollars. I don't understand that. What can I do?

I have helped submit death claims for my clients for years and it's been a long and arduous process. This was my first time submitting a death claim personally. ***** Funeral Home simply filed the claim on my behalf along with the death certificate. Within 45 days, I received the check. I had little to no involvement and it was super efficient. Thank you for working with the funeral home to make is simple during an unfortunate time for me and my family.

Once I reported my brother's death to Lincoln Heritage, I was told to submit a copy of the death certificate and the funds would be immediately deposited into my account. The process was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend Lincoln Heritage to my family members. They have been servicing my mother's accounts for decades. It was easy to work through my claim. The representative gave me detailed information that would be needed once I was ready to submit the claim. Once I submitted the claim via email, the claim was processed and checked mailed out to me within two days. Even when I placed a follow up call to endure that what I submitted was sufficient, the representative assured me that they had received it and the payment had been mailed.
