I sent paperwork to them cause I canceled the insurance after only had it under 30 days they took money off debit card and claim they can't put it back on card they will send me a check after I sign cancel forms and mail it they received it march 10 now it's the 20 and wrote again they claim it will be processed on the 28th March which I was told before withing 3 days after getting form I feel like there dragging me along on refund and if you can charge a person's card why can't you put back on card I find this strange im on... read more

We bought insurance through Catholic *************** years ago, and at the time of out need it was a relief to simply present the policy and have everything taken care of with both the cemetery and funeral home. Perfect service.

Reported the death of my brother to Lincoln Heritage and their process was very easy to submit the claim. Upon receiving the death certificate, the claim was paid expeditiously. Thanks for being very timely and continue to pray for my family. Will definitely refer other family members to this company.
