Thee Best in the business! Lincoln Heritages sign up process was seamless, as well as the claims process. You want a company like this that takes good care of you in your time of need. After my mom passed, I found a lot of places to be very insensitive when handling her business affairs, but not Lincoln Heritage. They sent a nice heartfelt letter along with the explanation of benefits. They really do care and value their consumers! I highly recommend!

Lincoln Heritage processed the life insurance benefits for my sister in a timely manner. The customer service representatives that I spoke with were knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. They even offered their condolences for my loss. Once we had all the documents sent in I was pleased all around with the speed of their response.

Upon my mother's death;I found the service Lincoln Heritage had provided was exceedingly helpfull,and eased the pain of having to say my final farewells to my mother. Their insurance has allowed our family to provide Mom with the final farewell she wished for.The only negatives I had were my own failures.
