My dad passed away, & he set ******* sister as the beneficiaries & the process of getting the insurance money was so simple & Im glad. Once my dad passed, we got his card with all the **************** called & had everything set in motion. Quickly after we were able to set up the funeral & burial & everything got paid by the insurance directly to the places we chose, all we had to do was sign some papers & give my dads information. My father, who passed away in mid-January, had a Lincoln Heritage policy. He allowed the policy to lapse for a period of time and then reinstated it. Unfortunately, he lived just under two years after that reinstatement, which triggered a claims review (including a medical records request) following his passing. My brother passed on 1/15/2024. He was a very private person and left little information about his personal affairs. I was fortunate to find an insurance card in his wallet. I phoned the number and spoke with a representative of Lincoln Heritage. This individual did inform me that my brother had policies with their company and then proceeded to help me with the process of closing out these policies. The payments were very prompt. We lost our precious father back in January. We contacted Lincoln Heritage and they started the claim immediately. Soon as we got the death certificate which took longer than expected I faxed it and my checking account information to them as I his son was his beneficiary. I faxed it to them at like 11 o'clock during the day called them at like 3:15 the same day and they had received the fax and when I checked my account the next morning at 5 am the next morning it has already been deposited. We lost our mother unexpectedly due to complications after a minor emergency surgery and past on 1/25/2024, after I contacted Lincoln Heritage they were very sympathetic and was very prompt at closing out my mother's policy and made sure everything was in order with the funeral home and I was not worried or stressed I'm grateful for this company even though it wasn't a large policy but at least we taken cared of. Got on there site and decided to see what they had to offer. While checking I decided I was interested and deleted my information. We are a older couple so we were very surprised when a lady showed up at our door. She told me we had inquired about there services and when I told her we were not interested she pulled out a paper that said we did inquire and here it is. I shut the door. This is a very rude company. I don't do business with any company that just shows up at your.
