I highly recommend this wonderful company.My mom had the program from about 3 years and as soon as she passed away I received immediate help from the corporation and within 24 hours all her services were covered. Since I saw how truly amazing the service was , I decided to take the policy for my husband and I .

I have the policy for 6 years I have automatic payments withdraw from my checking account for one payment they dont reinstatement my policy The policy was for my mom when I open the policy they didnt ask for medical records and for the reinstatement they ask for medical records. There supervisor never get back to me I have to file a complaint with the ******** department of insurance. This company is a scam they never reinstate my policy they are NOT PROFESIONAL

My experience with Lincoln Heritage was very positive. The company was very professional and compassionate in processing my late brother's funeral policy. We had a situation where my brother passed away just before the 2 year anniversary date of his policy purchase. Lincoln needed to do further research and obtain medical records because of this. My mother passed away in earlier March 2024. I spoke with representatives twice since that time due to questions that I had. Both times the representatives were very kind, compassionate and helpful during a difficult time. Additionally, the company processed my mother's life insurance very quickly upon her death with no issues. The service was top notch!
