When I contacted the office and gave them the necessary information, they told me what to do, when I complied, I received my benefits about a week after. That was great service and very efficient. The lady came unannounced and not even invited came into my home said she only needed three mins but was here for almost two hours talking about stuff we didnt even care about asked more than once about the pricing she continued to talk about the company and how it started again I didnt even care when we told her we didnt want any policy she continued to talk and down grade the insurance we already have not to mention she rang my door **** and knocked on my door continuously till someone answered wouldnt recommend to anyone ... read more

Every couple of weeks I get a new thing in the mail from this company about getting funeral arrangements and signing up for their services. It's bordered all the way onto harassment now because I've told them not to mail me anything else to my address but yet I get something almost every other week sometimes weekly. I'm so tired of this company.

I really have no big complaints. My auntie passed away August 1st. It was shocking to me, so we had to go through her insurance papers. She left me in charge of her life insurance and everything else. The only issue I had is that it took about a little over two months to finally get everything squared away. But I can say that they are people of their words! Lincoln insurance had to investigate before they paid out my aunt's policy, which I understand.
