During an extremely difficult time in my life. Lincoln Heritage made the entire process both fast and easy. I called and faxed requested information on 6/9/23 and received checks by 6/16/23. No hassle, no ongoing questions just fast and easy.

Every one that I spoke with was professional and helpful.However, I am concerned that it took so long to pay this out.Thank goodness I had the funds to take care of my daughters passing.When you sent request to one of the Doctors, you did not follow up when you did not get the information. I had to do this. It was bad enough that I was handling at all when I had just lost my daughter.Thank you

I'm a former policy holder who had to cancel my policy due to loss of income. After a year of making monthly payments, was told I would only get .61 back. I find this very ridiculous. Was sending $66 monthly which means I've sent over $792. Customer rep said only .61 had accumulated. Why wasn't I told all this when the policy was written up? Please help:(

I was so thankful that my mother had planned ahead, but even more thankful that she chose Lincoln Heritage. Do not usually can Heritage they will take your ******** and my mom were putting money into it for several years we decided to look into it cuz we were thinking about cashing a man so when we found out the information after all the years of all the money we put into it which was several thousands of dollars after all the years and when we ask what we were going to get back we got ******* back me and my mom put a lot of money into it for many years you only get back with the policy was worth we were never told that by our age... read more
