Took Lincoln Heritage almost a whole year to pay out $3500 life policy and to this date have not received the check they stated was mailed 01/21/2023.

I lost my husband to AML on December 6, 2022 and we buried him 2 days before Christmas. Losing him was already devastating for me, my kids and grandkids, but losing him at Christmas time was heartbreaking. I did not know what to do and where to start.
