They came on a Saturday afternoon when I was at work and got my to sign up for there insurance. My wife doesnt really know anything about insurance and kind of pushy and said first payment wouldnt come out until April 4th and already came out Im not impressed with the company at all. They should have not pushed her into without me reading into it. *****************************

My mother and I each enrolled in a Catholic Funeral Plan because we wanted to prepay for our funerals in order to ease the burden on our family at the time of death. Paying Lincoln Heritage monthly for an insurance policy was easy for me while my mother preferred a condensed schedule by paying over two months.My mother's claim was paid in a timely manner. My mom has a policy with them and it is taking out of her bank account and they keep telling her they didn't get it and want her to send her bank account info again which they already have and if the dont get it they will close it she got another letter today saying they still didn't get last month's and she owes $152 so they are trying to scam her out of more money but its not going to happen cause I am going to talk to a lawyer about it and file it on the bbb page of them something got to be done her payments have always b... read more

On the passing of my mother I contacted Lincoln Heritage about a claim. The representative was so kind and compassionate. They listen and answered all my questions and concerns. They made the process easy I was able to do everything online and faxed all the paperwork. They made you feel like they really cared about their customers. Sent in all paperwork they said it would take a couple of days I received my check within a week. Great customer service.
