I canceled my account approximately a year ago. I had the account on a credit card which is not used very often. I did use the card to keep it current, and noticed LifeLock has been charging me all along, and never canceled my subscription. I agree to a 3 month reimbursement. They merely changed my billing date instead of cancelling. It feels a bit odd that the company I paid to protect me is charging me erroneously.

the worst customer service and identity theft company. i cancelled once and recieved a mailer "we want you back" i should have trashed the mailer but, i thought why not give them another try...after signing up for my subscription the system was not allowing me to log in so i proceed to call their 1800 number...i had an amateur look over my account she did not know what she was talking about and huffed and puffed as if she is the one paying $25 a month. lifelock DONT EVER SEND ME ANOTHER MAILER!

I have had billing problems with them almost since day one. First I was told that my card was not compatible with their payment system. Sounds like a personal problem to me cause the money is in there. Then they opened up a ticket to try to find a solution - they were supposed to call me back but I ended up calling them after about 2 weeks- and they said that my bank keeps denying the charge. They don't follow thru on properly investigating a case of identity thief. They base their conclusion on not investigating an incident and does not gather any type of evidence from any fact finding agency(s) or person(s).

Company is horrible to try to deal with. No up the ladder phone numbers to be found to address complaints. I needed a simple bank name change and after numerous calls for a month and a half and after being told twice a supervisor would call nothing has happened. Instead they try to Howell you when you call. Frustrating and disgusting. My star rating is really zero. I am going to write to the Attorney General in Arizona for assistance and suggest everyone else do the same.

You call in, they can’t find your account. You try to cancel, they find something on the dark web and try to talk you out of cancelling. You cancel anyway, they tell you it’s cancelled but bill you the next month anyway. You call back in, they see your request go cancel and promise to cancel it for real this time. You get billed again the next month and call on, they have no record of you every calling in to cancel and tell you to call your bank to get credited. Customer Complaint I tried to join lifelock today. Provided all my information to them, debit and ssn. They said I would receive a welcoming email with confirmation of my charge to the debit card. Never received an email. Called lifelock again for the automated system to tell me I don't have an account. None of the 5 representatives I spoke to could find it. But yet my card was charged.
