Lifelock has the worst service imaginable. After 2 months of several phone calls to service persons to resolve why I was NOT getting email alerts that I had been getting for the last 3 years and not getting anywhere. (NOT ONE TIME DID ANYONE FOLLOW UP) I submitted a question 48 hiurs ago and asked when...key word WHEN I cancel my service with Lifelock will I be reimbursed for the funds that I paid a year in advane at a premium memebership level. ridiculous lack of customer service. We changed the password on our account because we didn't remember it from years ago, and then it still didn't let us in because of a "glitch" in the service. Called the service line, multiple prompts, non English speaking person finally tells us we will need to mail, us post office, our confidential personal documents to them to verify we are who we are. Should be shut down - frustrating and demeaning experience in contacting them - tricky advertising, confusing statements, inadequate phone system, incompetent agents, aggressive sales policies. I've been a Lifelock member for a couple of years. I also have free credit monitoring from CSID - an Experian company set up for South Carolina taxpayers whose data may have been compromised. I received an alert from CSID in April for a new credit inquiry from **** - it was mine. Nothing from Lifelock. Fast forward to August - still no credit flag from Lifelock. I am an *** member. *** notified me I could have a second FREE Lifelock subscrition for a family member. I set and account up for my son. After receivivg the user id and password from Lifelock, he was unable to access the account. a call to Lifelock was handled by a rude, uncaring person. They advised it was not their problem. The call taker hung up on us when we tried to explain this was a failure by Lifelock. STAY AWAY from LIFELOCK!!!!!

Lifelock took funds from my account after I had spoken to customer service that I was going threw financial hard ship and wasn't going to renew there services. My debit card was that was on file was expired but yet some they still managed to withdraw my hard earned cash.

Some banks and credit card provides will do what is called a automatic payment update for their members . They do this as a curiosity when they see their member has an automatic payment coming out. Having very frustrating experience with Lifelock, I have accounts for myself and my 20 y/o son. I get an alert text for my son, so I call for information.
