Horrible Customer service! Do not use this service. I was part of several data breached this company failed to report to me. When inquiring about what I need to do to make sure I am safe I was sent to a person in a foreign country who could not answer my questions and in the middle of a sentence she put me on hold and sent me to an American in their Arizona office. I tried to cancel my policy they gave me a run around and lockedup my account where I have to send documents thru certified mail to get it unlocked beware of this company

LifeLock with Norton 360 offers individual's protection from both identity fraud and computer data loss. Sounds like a good deal until you want to use LifeLock's service. LifeLock is more concerned about building their business than assisting their clients. I paid for LifeLock's but never received their much-promised application. After calling their customer service (automated) numerous times they still were not able to produce the promised service.
THEY STINK!!! Haven't returned my refund yet.Giving me the runaround and I was a customer for ten years!!! They tried to FLEECE me!!!!

3/16/19. Sales pitch, poor customer service, cheap labor. I called Lifelock from a TV advertisement. Norton, a company I trust co-sponsors this company and in my opinion are putting their business reputation on the line. I have been contemplating on getting Lifelock but one late evening the commercial sold me. I called the number and immediately I was speaking to someone overseas which bothered me from the beginning. Giving all my personal data to someone overseas, I mean come on! But I did! They were smooth talkers. I had discussed an issue regarding my student loans that there is a possible fraud. They double billed me, left me in the red, and refused to replace the money and all the overdraft fees. Don't trust them. They told me 4 times, and 4 reports later they took an extra payment anyway.
I have been an long-standing, loyal and satisfied customer of LifeLock. However, on 2/16, I was contacted by my bank to confirm a $580 charge to my bank card. I had not authorized the charge and the bank did not process it. When I contacted my bank to confirm who was attempting to process the charge, they confirmed that it was LIfeLock. I bought Lifelock after a major breach in personal information from BCBS. I was told they monitored the credit bureaus and if anyone tried to obtain credit in my name, I would be notified. I bought a car yesterday, 2/9/19, and was never notified that my credit report had been accessed and a loan was taken out in my name
