If I could give zero stars I would. All I wanted was Norton 360 with Lifelock. Have been dealing with LifeLock for 3 days now. In all fairness I have to say that the employees (at least most of them) tried their best to correct the problem. However, started with not being able to complete the LifeLock portion of registering a new account. This company and the services it provides are worthless. All I've done at this point is spent hours on hold trying to call the number they indicate is for urgent matters. I would not recommend anyone using and especially paying for their services.
Ok. Although I guess lifelock is a decent company to monitor your activities, I have to say that their customer service people are terrible!!! Let me explain a simple thing. I pay 30 bucks a month for their service. You would think that when I call customer service, I could get an answer to a simple question in ENGLISH!! Yes. ENGLISH!! Oh my GOD. Beware: DO NOT USE AUTO-RENEW. This business does not refund pro-rated fees after 60 days of payment of auto-renewal, even if your subscription is less than 60 days old. I had Norton set up for auto-renewal. The company charged my credit card 30 days prior to my annual subscription date. I tried to cancel my account within 60 days of my annual subscription date, but they told me that it was past the 60 days of payment. Have endured 7 representatives and 3 hours of my life I cannot get back and still haven't gotten my issue resolved. Half the overseas operators are barely intelligible. Infuriating!
I have been trying for over 4 months to get Norton. I have ask to talk to a supervisor and only put on hold for over 20 minutes. this great company has gone to ****!!!!!
I received a year of LifeLock free due to a data breach. This has expired and now I am getting daily voice mails. This has been going on for weeks and is getting very annoying. I have blocked their calls but cannot stop the voice mails. Next time if anyone offers me a complimentary subscription I will most definitely decline. If I wanted to renew it I would have. I am most definitely going to start filing complaints if this does not cease.
I keep receiving offers to upgrade to Lifelock/Norton 360 on all of my many mobiles and PCs. Finally I decided to upgrade.
