Worst company to pay for poor services! I have had Lifelock for couple of years. First 2 years, great, got email keeping me abreast of credit activity and credit scores. Third year I got concern because I did apply for credit card for my grand daughter in a different city. And didn't get notified by Life Lock like in the past. Also I accidentally shredded a notebook that contained internet passwords/codes. The people for customer service on the phone obfuscate and prevaricate. The things they said in response to what I asked had absolutely nothing to do with the question I asked. It was as if they were trying to deflect, distract and divert my objective away from asking the question I asked. Others have mentioned a language barrier. This may be. horrible service - get some child answering the phone in the Philippines who seems to have had no training to answer the phone and I am supposed to give her my security info??? There is no way to report a bug in their code. Unprofessional garbage - garbage in garbage out - got an alert I had received a speeding ticket - it was from almost 2 years ago and the county did not even have any record of it anymore - so where do they pick up stuff like than? I have had Life lock services from the beginning of its origin. Since this companies expansion and extended call center in the Philippines, my information has now appeared on the Dark Web after contacting the company regarding not recieving alerts on monitoring my accounts this month. They have been hacked and dont even know it. But despite the information on the Dark Web, all my accounts are second authorization and has freezes. So no information can be obtained period.

RUN RUN AWAY from LifeLock. You can do better without them. It's easy to sign up but IMPOSSIBLE to get any value out of them. I had my identity stolen after over 1hr on the phone with overseas customer service with challenged English skills, all we resolved was they opened an "incident" report. That's ALL. After 1 HOUR. I already had done more on my own then they would be doing for me. This is a joke. RUN SAVE YOUR MONEY its a joke. It looks like my complaint against them is very common. I'm trying to cancel an account with them. They said the pass code was incorrect (it wasn't). I went online to try and cancel. I could not remember the password. I tried to reset it, but it was never sent to my email. So, now my account is locked, and I can't get any use out of it. Plus, they will continue to charge my account.

On behalf of two elderly clients - I ordered Lifeloc in 2012. They had been victims of fraud and I used this service to establish hold(s). In the ensuing time they have passed away and Lifeloc refuses to cancel the account, stop charging, on and on. Claiming, I am not the authorized person. So, I've contacted AMEX and they placed a Merchant block. I am anticipating an email from them - but will ignore it. My former clients - do not need credit protection or care about any negative notations.

CAN'T get through to them. They keep billing my bank account, CAN'T GET THEM TO STOP BILLING ME. I DON'T WANT THERE SERVICES, THEY FIND WAYS TO BILL MY BANK ACCOUNT! THEY SHOULDN'T BE IN BUSINESS. THEY RIP THE PUBLIC OFF!!!
