I have never seen a company fail so bad. Don't ever expect to get a refund on gap coverage/etc from Liberty if you sell your car. I've literally left 20 voicemails, emailed the GM and Finance guy directly, mailed & faxed payoff information and have yet to get a single response back. Other dealers are appalled at the amount of effort it's taken with no response. #dontshophere
How do i start, well one yes i am an employee in the service department, but today i was a customer. Udi took great care of me i wanna thank Ryan too for everything explained everything.
