Liberty Honda said that they gave me a safety inspection and charged me $200 but when I got the vehicle the windshield washer pump did not work at all and the listed odometer reading was off by almost 30,000 miles. When I talked to them they said the pump miraculously must have died as soon as I got in the car and then claimed they had video showing that it was done. Would never recommend this dealership. Very unprofessional and should not be in the sales business. Doesn't care about the person...just cares about making a dollar. Unsympathetic of a recent car accident I had... his words...Mike Plummer's.. "I created this problem". That statement right there made me walk out the door...especially with my sister who's a 2 time Honda owner. Disgusting attitude!

I came to liberty Honda back in July 2019 I met with John. I wanted to just talk to see what i could afford and what were my options and how much I needed to save. John was amazing he answered every question I had gave me scenarios and encouraged me. I have only bought one car in my life and the first experience was not pleasant. Such a great experience here- I visited on a Saturday and had a new car by Monday. After having my car totaled, Anthony Canada and the finance team really worked hard to find me a car that was EXACTLY my price point for monthly payments and at a good interest rate. I highly recommend both the seller and the dealership!
