Second bad experience with this service department. They took advantage of my 20 year old daughter who was dropping off her car for a recall only. They recommended services and she said no and then signed the Ipad. What do you know they did all the services to the tune of $800. The previous service we had the car was stolen and they were to perform a bunch of work to which was over 4K, the advisor was unresponsive the insurance company had to call them it was a nightmare......NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
They are charging undue highest labor charges and inappropriate totally unreasonable high charges on vehicle parts. The charges seems to be 80% more than another Honda parts company Here is comparison of part charges vs another Honda parts seller. Liberty Honda said that they gave me a safety inspection and charged me $200 but when I got the vehicle the windshield washer pump did not work at all and the listed odometer reading was off by almost 30,000 miles. When I talked to them they said the pump miraculously must have died as soon as I got in the car and then claimed they had video showing that it was done. Absolutely one of the BEST car buying experience we have ever had. My husband is military and we live about 50 miles away. I found what I wanted with liberty online and even priced it all out.
