Liberty Honda gave me my absolute worst customer service experience in my life yesterday. I’ve been without a car since Thursday, and after charging me EXTRA money for a starter & labor, they created MORE problems with car by redoing faulty wiring. This dealership is strictly out to bleed you dry and take your money, go to a different dealership or your trusty local mechanic. I definitely learned the hard way.
This was the best experience I ever had buying a new car. The guys that worked with me made sure I got what I wanted in my price range. John Cunningham worked with me so well and the end result was me driving off the lot in a brand new car that fits me to a tee. Thanks again Liberty Honda!!!
Just purchased a 2018 Honda Accord Sport. I LOVE IT! This is my second purchase from Liberty Honda (Have a 2011 Civic) and wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else. Kelvin Q. you rock! If I was able to give 10 stars it still wouldn't be enough! Thanks again Liberty!
