My current lease was running out and I never looked anywhere else but Liberty. This is my 5th 3 year lease and I looked for John Franceschini who has taken great care of me for the last 3 leases. The staff at Liberty is very courteous the minute you enter and it continues every time I go there for all of my regular service. I recently purchased my 2018 Honda at Liberty Honda Hartford. Here’s my experience with the sales person: He was courtesy, knowledgeable, and willing to spend time explaining things in details. Price was honest and straightforward, no bargaining hassles. Received respectful service.
When it was time to look for a new car we did check out other models at different dealership to see what was out there.. But at the end we went back to the place that we bought our other Honda and never ever had a issue with the service and we loved our car.. If your looking to buy I would strongly recommend going to Liberty Honda and ask for Udi (Amnon Udi) I found him very patient..caring.. not the pushy salesman that just wants to sell you a car.. Love my new CRV
