The people at Liberty Honda in the service department have absolutely no respect for anyone who drives an older vehicle. Today the service manager Todd Dibasi thought it was totally acceptable to berate me in regards to my 2001 Honda Odyssey due to the high mileage. I have been a customer since the nineties oh well. Loyalty truly gets you nowhere these days
Absolutely terrible customer service. Worst experience with car buying I've ever had. Extremely arrogant and uneducated. I will be telling everyone I know to never visit this terrible and unethical establishment!!
