Okay end of mid-life crisis. Traded in my two toys for a CRV. Brianna Sotnik sold it. I have to admit the experience was less stressful than I am used too. I have no buyer's remorse. The sales representatives get no commission. Ryan the finance guy was already prepared. Service took care of preparation. Not much sitting around. Brianna was very knowledgeable and I would say it is a great place to purchase a vehicle.
liberty Honda collision poor customer service..... I don`t recommend LIBERTY HONDA Collision to any one.......Truly unsatisfied and hope to help someone else avoid a similar experience with these amateurs.....
Very unhappy with my latest experience with Liberty Honda. I don't know what has happened to this dealership. The service used to be excellant but sadly that is no longer the case.
I received a letter stating that there was a recall on the airbag in my Honda Pilot. I called to make an appointment and was told that it would take 1/2 hour to fix. I came into the shop and was told it would take 1 and 1/2 hours to fix. When I asked why the discrepancy I was told that scheduling happens in an office in Texas and that they are quoting incorrect times.
