Went for a oil change. Just went there didn't have a appt. they took care of me right away. They washed my car. I'm a very happy customer.
Good vehicles & great prices. I was a little annoyed at the typical schemes other associates tried ("i've got a customer who wants to test drive that car if you're not buying it"), but our sales associate knew his stuff, and I'm happy with the car and the price I paid. They also got us processed pretty efficiently.
Absolutely Great service experience. I normally bring my car into the dealership with appointment, but this time I just drove-in around 9:30 am on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 for minor service and I'm glad that I did. My odyssey was serviced timely with exactly what I needed and was provided shuttle service to drop-off and pickup from my Hartford office. Horrible experience with service department for warranty item.
I have been taking my Honda for service to Liberty Honda for a little over a year now and the service is always exceptional. Jaime, Shanice and TJ are always courteous and extremely helpful when recommending services that my car needs. Even though this is an extremely busy service department (there is almost always a full waiting room, as to be expected in a big city like Hartford) I happily call to make my appointment so I can get in and back out to work on time.
