Service scam! Please do not leave your vehicle with this circus show. I have left my truck with this dealership going on 3 weeks and still no answers. I have drove by multiple times to see my truck parked in the back not being serviced. I would call to get an update only for them to lie and say that it’s being worked on. RecommendedFrom my first inquiry via email, I had immediate responses from Cavender by email and Conner Kearby was the sales person assigned to me. I knew exactly what I wanted and Conner was not only responsive, his replies were spot-on and often provided additional information that was helpful. RecommendedI’ve bought many cars before, but this has been the best experience. Fanci knew what we were looking for and made everything workout for us. Parkway has definitely gained lifetime customers. Everything was fast and straight to the point. I will be referring friends and family here from now on.
Extremely disappointed in their service department and since I can’t get anyone on the phone there, have decided to post on social media. I have tried, without success to make a service appointment for my Equinox (which I bought from LeeGMC) I have called three times (different days) since last Thursday.
