RecommendedCame to frank brown for my first set of services. Very impressed with customer care from getting out of my car to the cashier. Terry informed me of an issue which he immediately took ownership of and fixed it. He never made me feel like it was my problem. That’s customer care to the next level if u ask me. I highly recommend this place bc they made a mistake, as humans do, and they immediately made it right. That’s far more impressive to me. Thank u Terry for your great hospitality!
bad experience? ABSOLUTELY.. I do not recommend these people. yes our salesperson was great but not an ounce of communication from the higher up. we signed the paper to agree on a payment 4 days ago and after all was said and done 4 days later they lied about paying off my vehicle plus tried to get us to sign a different paper stating we would pay almost $200 more than what we signed for and all agreed to on day one. if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle PLEASE ask around for recommendations.
