So far the service department has been quite excellent in keeping on time and recommending other services that maybe required soon, and keeping up with any possible recall. Special thanks to Jim Sepe, our service writer.
The service department at Liberty GMC is fantastic. They are friendly, concerned about any vehicle issues and they are quick to fix any needed repairs or services. The first time I took my vehicle in for service I thought I received quality care because I just bought the vehicle. I have been back several times over the last two years and I still get the same quality service. I could not ask for better treatment. I am their customer for life.
Great folks and very happy with the service. Omar and Winston were excellent. I called Omar the next day after I purchased the truck and asked him to show me how to use all the gadget I got in my truck. He was off but came in anyway and showed me how to use everything in the truck. Great service and excellent place to buy a truck. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Joe
