I have delt with many dealers, this was my worst I have ever experience. From salesmen's Adam to Manager Ron and another bald manager (apologize never met you) that made it even worse! I specially asked about the $11,000 incentive showing online from salesmen's to manger and they said yes. My husband has been looking for a certain truck and Lehrer has it. Two dealerships have tried to trade so my husband could have this truck. When my husband tried to deal directly he got a sales lady with a smart attitude. He asked her if they would be will to negotiate on the the price and her response was “Not A Dime”! Then she asked him if he wanted to come look at it? His response was “Not A Chance”!
