My wife and I had a great experience with Mitch. He was great! He did not pressure us to buy, and the negotiation was fairly easy. We drove away extremely satisfied with the price that we paid for our vehicle. This is the second vehicle we have purchased through Liberty GMC in the last 4 years.
We would give Liberty GMC 5 stars. Of the many vehicle purchases we have made over the years, the purchase of our 2017 Terrain from Liberty was, by far, the easiest and most pleasant vehicle purchase we have every made. I have a Pontiac Solstice subject to a recall. I called two other GM dealers who either didn't know about the recall or didn't care. My third call was to Liberty and they got the part, installed it, and washed my car. the Bill was $0.00 but I was treated like a life long customer by Rick.
Great place to get your car or truck taken care of. If you need something simple as an oil change or something major, this is the place to go. Go see Jim S in the service area, he's great to work with.
We are very disappointed in Liberty GMC. We will not buy another vehicle from them. We bought a Denali in November of 2016. From the beginning we had problems starting with the fuel pump going out 2 weeks after buying my SUV. The middle back power seat has never worked. Now the sun roof is coming apart and the back hatch is not working correctly. They sold me this car as brand new, even though it had almost 4,000 mile on it. I had a great experience at Liberty GMC. As a first time car owner I was extremely nervous, the salesmen here helped me every step of the way. The enviorment was very positive and organized! Great management! Won't be going anywhere else!

I would definitely recommend Liberty GMC. The heart of a dealership is the service department, and Liberty has one of the best service departments that I have encountered. My service manager, Rick, went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was repaired correctly. He made sure I was not without a vehicle while my vehicle was being repaired, which was a tremendous help to me with my busy life.
