Dealership sells demo vehicles as new and do not take responsibility for their bumper to bumper guarantee saying a slow leak in the front passenger tire that leaked from the beginning and three service visits was not their responsibility. I had to pay for a new tire and have not checked it that remedied this important check. Kolton is an amazing salesman. Kind, courteous, and extremely professional. He didn't make my car buying experience feel rushed nor did I feel pressure to buy the first vehicle I showed interest in. We had an awful experience. It took 5 1/2 hours to buy a new truck .We purchased the first and only vehicle we looked at.The finance man was rude. I ask the price of another truck and he would not even tell me the price. He acted as I couldn't afford it so why bother telling me the price. Our vehicle was not detailed when we got home the same trash was in the truck that was in it when we test drove it. We had a great experience at Peoria Liberty GMC. The customer service proved to us that we should purchase our vehicle from Liberty. We deal with Ryan Shippy and have always felt that he has been honest , more than fair and treated us like family. All the workers are friendly no matter what department you deal with. The coffee and doughnuts are always fresh and when your car is finished being serviced you always can count on a clean car. The shuttle is also very promt.

This is an awesome dealership, I was not pressured to buy anything, they helped me by answering questions about every car i was interested in , also showing me the carfax with no problems. Desiree was my sales person and she definitely made sure to take care of me very well. I will definitely refer everyone i know to Liberty GMC.
