Ryan Shippey, at Liberty GMC, in my book is the best salesman there. This was my 3rd car purchase with him. No hidden gimmicks or agendas. He brought to the table what he promised. If there was a hiccup , he fixed. If you are looking to buy a vehicle go see him! !
I was referred by my in laws who purchased three trucks from them. I was kind of in a sticky situation and didn't think that anyone at GMC would be able to help me out because I spent few weeks negiotaing back and forth with previous dodge dealerships that I have bought trucks from in the past and would not work with me at all. Searching the internet for what I wanted decided to go to Liberty GMC as they had a great choice of GMC trucks to pick from. Corey Judd in sales was very helpful as we test drove a few different vehicles. He went beyond what most sales people will do to make sure we found what we wanted. Found the one we wanted made the deal and saved some money in the process. Thanks Liberty GMC and thanks to Corey for his help.
After dealing with an absolute nightmare at Midway Chevrolet, Ryan at Liberty GMC was a total breath of fresh air. You don't get your typical "car salesman" vibe at this dealership and we never once felt like we were being taken advantage of or pressured into anything. Ryan took the time and understood my needs vs. wants and worked with us to find the best vehicle to suit our needs. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because you can't choose a zero. The management sales staff was extremely rude, ended up buying a vehicle elsewhere for $5,000 less! Would NEVER buy a vehicle from them!!!
I had the 50000 mile service done to the truck rear end and differential. Rick is my service writer and I appreciate his thoroughness and honesty.
