The staff at the dealership was the start of a very very bad experience. The sales rep wasn't very knowledgeable about the inventory I was seeking to look at. The sales manger was very abrasive and condescending. I took a pre-approved loan deal to this dealership and ultimately bought a car but not because of the staff or the lack of ethics they showed in the finance dept phase, but because it was great deal I was able to haggle out of them for the car I purchased.
