I inquired about a vehicle and was told "unfortunately it's being utilized as a shuttle vehicle and is currently unavailable for purchase, but we have a similar vehicle avaliable for $3,000 more." I assumed it was a simple bait-and-switch but I never would've guessed the tactic was price gouging. Imagine my surprise when the very next day the same vehicle was listed as avaliable for sale but for 10k more. I would hope this level of dishonesty is not a regular practice for your business.
