I just had the best experience I’ve ever had with the car lot at Beckley Auto Mall. My salesman, Chip Tucker, done anything he could to help me get the deal I wanted. I ended up with my dream car and no payment, which is what I wanted. I’ve been to every car lot in this area and never have I been treated this well. They have my business from here on out.
When we went into Fowler we did not expect to get a car right away. Joe Jo was so helpful and friendly and we walked away with a 2019 Mazda that we love!! Thank you Joe Jo for all your help! You’re amazing! If you’re looking for ride for a good deal she’s the lady to call! 5 STARS!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came here to look at a Used Lexus SUV and met with sales associate Richard. Richard was nice, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. Drove and loved the SUV and wanted to start talking about price. Online the vehicle is advertised for one price, then you go into the dealership and the vehicle is $1,000 more.. On the website, the cheaper price is only when you have a certain type of trade in for “trade assistance”. I posted that I liked Freedom Buick GMC so that I could post about them. Buyer beware. I’m definitely not happy with Freedom Buick GMC. I took my Yukon Denali for service 6 months because of front tire wear. They told me it was due to front struts. They replaced them -over $2400. Bought new tires. Fast forward 6 months (and approximately 6000 miles later). Took my vehicle to get tires rotated. Guess what. Front tires worn and ruined. Now they are telling me another $2000. Had my first 7,500 mile service. They told me that they rotated my tires when in fact they did not!!! Although I didn’t pay for the service as the first one was free, it makes me wonder how many times a customer gets charged for something they didn’t do?? I discovered this before I left and went back in to report it and had them rotate the tires. Because of this I have lost all trust in this dealership and will NEVER take my vehicle there again!! I also will not recommend them to anyone!!!
