I dealt with Chris Grasso at the Lia Honda Service Department in Brewster, NY and had an excellent appointment - Chris was very thorough in explaining what was done to my 2017 Honda and what might be needed - most important is the time given to a customer - you never feel rushed, and, this is what customers want - Patricia Brady
